This service is designed to give homeowners an early-stage understanding of the solar potential of their property using satellite imagery, software modelling, and indicative system layouts.

2. Nature of the Report

• The report is based on a desktop-only assessment using online tools and satellite imagery.

• The results, including layout, estimated performance, and aesthetics, are subject to limitations due to satellite image quality, shading interpretation, and the absence of an on-site inspection.

• The report does not constitute a structural, electrical, or planning assessment.

Additional site-specific surveys will be required before proceeding to installation.

3. Limitations of Use

• The report is intended for information and feasibility purposes only.

• It should not be relied upon as a final design for installation or as a substitute for formal surveys.

• Some properties may be deemed unsuitable for solar PV within the report due to factors such as shading, orientation, or other limiting factors.

• The aesthetic representation of the system may vary in reality due to the limitations of satellite imagery and remote analysis.

4. Installer Connection

• Should you wish, Solarscape can introduce you to a trusted local installer who can carry out further surveys, prepare a final quotation, and manage the installation.

• There is no obligation to use any installer recommended by Solarscape.

• You are free to appoint an installer of your choice.

5. Delivery Timeframes

• Upon purchasing the service, you will receive an email within 24 hours requesting the necessary information to complete the report.

• Once all required information is received, we will provide your design report within 2-3 working days.

• Delivery times may vary due to workload, unforeseen circumstances, or incomplete client information.

6. Client Responsibility

• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when requested.

• You understand that proceeding to installation without proper structural, electrical, or planning assessments is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

• All reports, designs, and content provided by Solarscape remain the intellectual property of Solarscape Ltd.

• Reports are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, modified, or sold without prior written consent.

8. Liability

• Solarscape accepts no liability for decisions made based on this report without further technical validation.

• We are not responsible for installation outcomes, installer performance, or any damages arising from the use of this report.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

• Once the report preparation has begun, no refunds will be issued.
